Below is a list of local churches who are doing what they can to help cover the gap left by the loss of SNAP benefits.

If you are food insecure, you are invited to come and get what you need. If you have more than enough, you are invited to share your resources, time, or labor to bless our community.

*Please note, this is not an exhaustive list. I am updating it as I learn more. It’s always best to call and confirm with the local organizations.

The challenge of hunger may feel too big for any one of us, but together, we can meet each other’s needs.

• Collecting non-perishable food items, cleaning supplies (DHS recommended), and paper products.

• Collection will be Monday - Thursday, 8am-4pm or in a bin under the portico of the main entrance during non-operational hours. 

• We will distribute based on family size Mon. - Thurs. 8-4 for now and once we have enough items. 

• Providing a Community meal on Wednesdays (starting Nov. 5th) at 5pm

City Church

  • 24/7 Food Pantry, east side of the building under the portico.

  • “Soup’s On” from 10am - 2pm Monday - Friday. Anyone can come by and grab a hot bowl of soup for lunch or take it to go for dinner. (Begins 11/3)

  • Community Chili Dinner: Tuesday, 11/11 @ 6pm
